Co-op Programs

We offer dozens of co-op opportunities, with co-op students contributing to almost every department at MFS. The program is designed for undergraduate college students who are either enrolled in a co-op program, taking a semester off from school, or enrolled in evening classes and able to meet the requirements below.

Need to know-Co-op:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday / 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Length: Six-month commitment/ July to December / January to June
  • Student must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Apply through your college co-op or career office

Internships

We offer internship opportunities across MFS, giving undergraduate students the chance to gain professional experience and explore areas of interest. Internships typically occur during the summer months and are open to students at any phase of their undergraduate career who can meet the requirements below.

Need to know:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday / 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Length: Two-to-three-month commitment / Between June and August
  • Student must be authorized to work in the United States
