Robert J. Manning, Chairman and CEO
Rob sets the strategy and vision for MFS to be an elite global asset manager. He began his career with MFS as a high-yield bond analyst in 1984 and was named CEO in 2004 and chairman in 2010.
Michael W. Roberge, President and Chief Investment Officer
Mike came to MFS as a credit analyst in 1996 and was named president in 2009. He oversees the firm’s investment management and research operations and is director of global research.
Carol W. Geremia, Co-Head of Global Distribution
Carol oversees asset management for the company's global institutional clients and discretionary managers, which include corporate pension and defined contribution plans, public pension and defined contribution plans, multi-employer plans, investment authorities, and endowments and foundations. She joined the firm in 1984 and is a graduate of Tobe-Coburn College.
James A. Jessee, Co-Head of Global Distribution
Jim is responsible for the marketing and sales of MFS' U.S.-based mutual funds and separately managed accounts. His team also distributes MFS investment offerings through insurance company variable products. He joined the company in 1987. Jim is a graduate of the University of Richmond (1980) and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and Chartered Life Underwriter.
Amrit Kanwal, Chief Financial Officer
Amrit guides corporate finance, including MFS' corporate tax, treasury, and finance areas, and serves as a key liaison with MFS’ parent company, Sun Life Financial. Amrit joined MFS in 2009.
Mark A. Leary, Managing Director, Global Human Resources
Mark joined MFS in 1988 as a financial controls manager and assumed his current role in 2006. Mark and his team recruit and develop top talent for the company’s expanding global work force.
Mark N. Polebaum, General Counsel
Mark is responsible for all aspects of MFS' legal operations. He is a member of the American and Massachusetts Bar associations and the Investment Company Institute. Mark joined the firm in 2006.
Robin A. Stelmach, Chief Operating Officer
Robin joined MFS as a treasury analyst in 1989 and was named COO in 2004. She oversees information technology and global investment support, as well as the MFS Service Center and facilities management team.
